"At now he must have a spanish license, but things are changing. ULM spanish law is going to change next year in some aspects, and one of them is to let any EU license fly at Spain. To convalidate the license to a Spanish one i must send the medical (class 2) and  actual German license to Civil Aviation. It takes one or two months."
